Eugene Sr. and Minnie Modesti started their life together when they married in 1950. They had 3 children: Rose Ann, Eugene Jr., and Kathy. They worked very hard on their pursuits. Eugene started his real estate career in 1970, which led to opening his own company, Modesti Realty Inc., shortly after. Eugene and Minnie worked side by side as a team throughout life, and Minnie worked alongside Eugene as his secretary for several years.
Eugene Jr. and Kathy, the younger of the Modesti children, joined the team over 30 years ago. Eugene was their mentor and taught them to be honest and successful. Unfortunately, Eugene Sr. was lost on March 28th, 2019. However, he left his children with the knowledge of great business ethics and wonderful memories. The business continues to grow with Eugene Jr. & Kathy as licensed brokers, Sarah Gillmore (granddaughter) as a real estate salesperson, and Rose Ann as our office/property manager. Our goal is to continue to keep our family business and Eugene Modesti Sr.’s legacy going strong!

I am the oldest child of Eugene and Minnie Modesti and have lived in the Racine area for most of my life. Throughout my life, I have worked for Racine Unified School District. I retired after 30 years; however, I occasionally substitute at schools because I simply love people and my community. Rose Ann Zickus, Office & Property Manager
