About Us

I have been a part of our family business and a licensed realtor since 1994. In 2012, I became a licensed broker. I hold memberships with the SRA Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtors Association, and Multiple Listing Service. 

My wonderful husband and I have been married since 1983. Together, we have two beautiful daughters, two amazing son in-laws, and have been blessed with three grandsons. My father started our company in 1970, and I always enjoyed working closely with him. My father Eugene Sr. was an amazing mentor to me and my siblings (Eugene Jr. and Rose Ann); we could not have asked for a better teacher! The knowledge and guidance my father instilled in us through life and in business is something we will treasure throughout our lives.

I have been a lifelong resident of Racine County. Primarily, I provide service in the Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee county area, but I also work anywhere in the state of Wisconsin. My promise to each and every one of my clients and customers is that I will be with you every step of the way!

I am the oldest child of Eugene and Minnie Modesti and have lived in the Racine area for most of my life. Throughout my life, I have worked for Racine Unified School District. I retired after 30 years; however, I occasionally substitute at schools because I simply love people and my community.

I have been married to my husband Bye for 46 years and am a mother to four children. I am also a Nana to my multiple grandchildren ranging in age from 1-22 years old!

Modesti Realty is a family owned and operated business. It is of the utmost importance to me that we continue the family business with the same compassion and determination that my father, Eugene Modesti Sr., maintained throughout the existence of this incorporation. I have always enjoyed working with people, and I take pride in the family business that my father has built.
